The latest update on entry and exit from China Customs – Updated on November 1, 2023.

The China Customs General Administration has decided that, starting from midnight on November 1, 2023, travelers entering and exiting the country are exempt from completing the “Health Declaration Form for Entry/Exit of the People’s Republic of China.”

However, individuals with symptoms of infectious diseases such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, unexplained subcutaneous bleeding, or those diagnosed with infectious diseases must proactively declare their health to customs. They are required to cooperate with customs in conducting health declarations, temperature checks, epidemiological investigations, medical examinations, sample testing, and other health quarantine measures.
